Escrow is a security feature on Tebex that protects both buyers and sellers. When you purchase an asset, your payment is held by Tebex until the transaction is verified as successful, ensuring fair delivery and reducing the risk of fraud.

Tebex accepts a variety of payment methods including PayPal, credit and debit cards, and other regional options. Supported payment methods may vary based on your location.

Tebex handles all payments securely and transparently, applying a standard 15% platform fee along with the tax required by your country. For example, if you’re purchasing from Italy, the final price will include the base cost plus the 22% VAT. This system ensures safe transactions and full compliance, while I receive the base price after Tebex’s commission and tax-related processing fees.

After purchasing, you’ll get an email with a download link and a CFX portal link. If your server doesn’t use your keys or you didn’t get the email, simply visit portal.cfx.re. In "Granted Assets," you can re-download your map or transfer the license to another account — note that transferring will remove it from your original account.

While our maps are typically final at release, we provide updates if bugs are found or significant changes are made. Updates appear automatically on your CFX portal, ready to download. Stay informed — we always notify our clients on Discord.

If you notice any problems with the map, such as props out of place, it could be due to another nearby map streaming overlapping files. Simply open a ticket on our Discord, and we’ll assist you promptly.

All sales are final. We carefully craft our maps and resources to ensure the highest quality, so we do not offer refunds. Before purchasing, you can test our maps on our showcase server at connect fivem.nonick.it to see them in action. If you encounter technical issues or need assistance, our support team is always available on Discord to help you get the most out of your purchase.
