Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ's

Choose your favorite map from our Maps page, add it to your cart, and enjoy a fast and secure checkout through Tebex, the official payment partner of FiveM.

FiveM Asset Escrow protects selected files from unauthorized access and redistribution. After purchasing, the asset is automatically granted to your Cfx.re account and can be used on servers linked to that account. Configurable files, when available, remain accessible as specified in the product description.

Tebex accepts a variety of payment methods including PayPal, credit and debit cards, and other regional options. Supported payment methods may vary based on your location.

The final checkout price may include VAT or other applicable sales taxes based on your billing country. Tebex acts as the Merchant of Record and calculates, collects and remits these taxes automatically.

After purchasing, you’ll get an email with a download link and a CFX portal link. If your server doesn’t use your keys or you didn’t get the email, simply visit portal.cfx.re. In "Granted Assets," you can re-download your map or transfer the license to another account — note that transferring will remove it from your original account.

While our maps are typically final at release, we provide updates if bugs are found or significant changes are made. Updates appear automatically on your CFX portal, ready to download. Stay informed — we always notify our clients on Discord.

If you notice any problems with the map, such as props out of place, it could be due to another nearby map streaming overlapping files. Simply open a ticket on our Discord, and we’ll assist you promptly.

All sales are final. We carefully craft our maps and resources to ensure the highest quality, so we do not offer refunds. Before purchasing, you can test our maps on our showcase server at connect fivem.nonick.it to see them in action. If you encounter technical issues or need assistance, our support team is always available on Discord to help you get the most out of your purchase.
